Description
The 39-151 Wardcare Bed combines the structural strength of mild steel with the corrosion resistance and aesthetic appeal of stainless steel. The main frame is constructed from $50\text{mm} \times 25\text{mm}$ rectangular MS box sections, while the head and foot bows are crafted from seamless stainless steel (AISI 304) pipes.
This model features a mattress base made of high-quality mild steel strips, ensuring a rigid and ventilated support surface. The MS frame is pretreated and epoxy powder coated, while the stainless steel bows are polished to a high mirror finish. This combination makes the bed exceptionally easy to disinfect and ideal for high-traffic hospital wards. Like other premium models in the series, it includes four round rubber bumpers at the corners for impact protection.
