Description
The 39-901 Vertical Autoclave is a core requirement for any surgical facility. This “double-walled” unit is constructed from thick AISI 304 stainless steel to withstand high internal pressures. It uses saturated steam to achieve total sterilization, typically operating at $121°C$ ($15$ psi).
The lid is fitted with a high-quality silicone gasket and secured by a heavy-duty “wing nut” radial locking system to ensure a pressure-tight seal. The top plate includes a precision pressure gauge, a safety valve, and an exhaust valve. The unit is heated by an internal immersion element and features a low-water cut-off system for safety.
